JZX90 / JZX100 Fan Shroud Kit with Dual 12" SPAL Fans
A fan shroud for those running an aluminum JZX100 radiator in place of the clutch fan.The JZX100 radiator is larger than the JZX90 radiator, which improves cooling, increases engine response, and frees up power.
Includes:
- Fan shroud
- Dual SPAL medium profile 12" curved blade fans, each pulling up to 1328 CFM
Radiator not included unless you select the JZX100 Koyo radiator option.
Available options:
- Radiator: Add a JZX100 Koyo radiator to make it a complete cooling upgrade.
- Radiator cap: Choose a Koyo or TF Works 1.3 bar Hyper Cap.
- Harness: The TF Plug & Play Relay Harness uses Deutsch connectors and Hella relays.
- 180°F: Fans on at 180°F (82°C), off at 165°F (74°C).
- 190°F: Fans on at 190°F (88°C), off at 175°F (80°C).
If you have a standalone ECU, it can turn the fans on and off at a set coolant temperature through the Plug & Play Relay Harness.
If you have a factory ECU, it cannot control the fans this way, so please add a 1/8" NPT Setrab thermo-switch. The switch triggers the fan relay automatically based on coolant temperature, with no ECU input needed.
The switch is non-grounding, so it can be installed anywhere in the system. Tolerance is +/- 3.6°F (+/- 2°C).

- Drops into a JZX100. The JZX90 needs some modifications
- JZX100 radiator hoses
- Supra 2JZ water pump
- Upper radiator brackets from a JZX100 or IS300
We also recommend the DriftMotion 1JZ/2JZ non-VVTi water pump pulley.
