Description
The UpRev Tuner Cable is the link between your Windows™ based laptop and your OBDII port on UpRev flashed vehicles. This cable allows you to edit your (non-locked*) UpRev OsirisROM files in order to self-tune your vehicle. The Tuner Cable is included with the purchase of UpRev Tuner. All cable sales include our zip case.
Note: This ships as a bare Tuner Cable only, and doesn't include any licenses. If your vehicle is already UpRev flashed, then this cable will allow you to create your own tune file and flash the vehicle. If your vehicle doesn't currently have a flash on it, you'll want to purchase the UpRev Tuner Package instead.
End-user cables such as the Tuner Cable have NO access to DTC's, only PRO-Tuners have this ability.
*Nearly all Tuners lock their files so as to protect their methods of tuning. If your tune was provided to you by a Tuner, it's likely you will not be allowed to open/edit that file. Check with your Tuner before assuming this cable will give you access to your tune file. If not, you will need to start from scratch with a basemap.
