For the 5x150 wheels on a Tundra for example (or other vehicles with mag/flat style lug nuts), it would require the customer to change to longer lug studs.
The 5x150 wheels are machined and drilled correctly: The 5x150 wheels are machined and drilled correctly. The thickness of the hub / lug nut hole is accurate. The 5x150 wheel would have a M14 lug hole for M14x1.5 thread pitch with a conical lug seat.
The reason is due to the length of the OEM lug studs and the OEM lug seat on the Tundra: The Tundra has a shorter front lug stud, in general, as well as in comparison to the rear. This seems to be a common issue with Tundra owners using aftermarket wheels. Also, since the OEM wheels and lug nuts on a Tundra use a "mag / flat" style, it is able to have enough thread on such a short OEM lug stud. Examples showing mag/flat seat:
