Rear upper mounts on the E9x is a common failure item.
OEM are usually soft foam that fall apart. These rubber mounts are spec'd for Stance and Reinharte coilovers.
Polyurethane usually cracks over time and these hardened rubber will reduce some NVH while increasing rigidity over foam.
These are on clearance as they were used as a mock-up. These are discontinued now from the manufacturer.
