Deposit Policy
- A $100 deposit is required to secure all appointments.
- This deposit will be applied toward your final bill.
Cancellation Policy
- Deposits are refundable only if cancellation is made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will result in a forfeited deposit.
- Please note: We are closed on weekends. Any cancellation requests must be made during business hours (Monday–Friday). If your appointment falls on a Monday or Tuesday, you must notify us by the prior Friday to meet the 48-hour requirement.
Rescheduling Policy
- Rescheduling must be requested at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time.
- Requests to reschedule made within 24 hours may result in forfeiting your deposit.
- Weekend Closure Reminder: Reschedule requests must also be made during business hours (Monday–Friday). For Monday or Tuesday appointments, requests must be received by the prior Friday.
Late Arrivals
- If you are more than 15 minutes late, your deposit will be forfeited, and we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
- We understand delays can happen; however, please keep in mind that other clients are also scheduled throughout the day.

By placing a deposit, you acknowledge and agree to the above terms and conditions.
