Our popular RWD Kswap oil pan has been updated again for 2026!
The rear portion of the oil pan is now fully CNC'd out of billet aluminum, which reduces manufacturing and welding time.
By having the rear sump and flange machined together reduces the amount of welds substantially, which helps in many aspects.
We pressure test each and every pan, and with the reduction of welds the chances for leaks will be reduced.
Our oil pan was specifically designed to clear the front subframe and steering rack on the S-chassis / BMW E30 / FRS / BRZ platform, but used in many different platforms as it has excellent clearance.
What has been updated for 2026?
We reduced the overall width of the oil pan to accommodate the smaller classic chassis, such as the AE86, Datsun 510, KE70, RX-3, and more. In doing so we made adjustments all around the ensure we maintain the 8 quart oil capacity. Billet pan also features a new "anti-slosh back" lip to prevent oil from moving back up the rear on hard drag launches. Lastly our billet oil pickup has been updated with a smaller diameter cup head with, but with increased capacity and allows it to sit more center.
By extremely popular demand, we are now offering our oil pan kit by itself.
What makes our pan unique?
Our pan has been track tested with data to ensure there is proper capacity and baffling for the RWD setups under braking and cornering. Proper baffling allows the oil to submerge the pick up which is located in the center of the pan, so that it does not starve your engine of oil.
Our pan also comes with two 1/2" NPT bungs so you can use it for oil drain from the turbo and/or your catch can. We also integrated 1/8" NPT bung for a sensor. As our pan's capacity is 8 quarts, we decided to go with a much larger 1" drain to make life easier, and draining oil doesn't have to take all day.
Each pan is hand crafted in house under strict quality control, which then each pan undergoes a pressure check before it receives our TF logo as seal of approval.
**Use RED loctite when installing the pickup to your oil pump. We recommend using Blue or Red Loctite for everything on the Kswaps due to engine harmonics.

Rwd oil pan
Was exactly what I needed. Came with clear instructions
