Description
The Brembo B-M4 caliper is manufactured using a new, innovative 4D technology casting process, and is the first time this process has been used for automotive calipers. This new casting process uses a technology that enables Brembo to engineer a design completely different from what has been seen in the caliper market in the past. With this 4D casting technology, the caliper has technical features commonly used in racing billet or forged calipers. The Brembo B-M4 is cast with an internal fluid passage versus the more conventional rigid pipe connections. The one non-visible bleeding screw allows for increased safety and freedom in the design since it is better integrated into the overall design. The new Brembo caliper has the most efficient body architecture and style and was designed without constraints of a caliper manufactured by traditional molds.
