Description
We're excited to release our JZX90 (Chaser, Mark II, Cresta) 1JZ NON-VVTi twin intake kit.
Working on these cars, we realized that the stock plastic intake tubes crumble apart as soon as you undo one of the couplers.
Sitting over the exhaust side, the stock rubber and plastics become heated and saturated with oil, which makes them extremely hard and brittle.
Even the stock PCV hose was cracked all the way down, and barely held on by the OEM clamp. Our kit will include a brand new PCV Hose.
We also noticed the restriction inside the crossover pipe between the turbos as you can see from the picture.
Features:
-3D scanned, CNC machined billet OEM style flange to make install easy and clean.
-Our kit also allows you to retain your factory plastic air duct located over the radiator.
-No need for gaskets as we are using an oil and abrasion resistant O-ring in the compressor flange.
-Low profile socket cap bolts are machined to aid with the tight fitment. Allen key included.
-2 GReddy Airinx Air filters to give your engine bay the clean look along with performance enhancement.
-New PCV rubber hose.
-Less restriction than OEM piping, which allows increased air flow for increased power and quicker turbo spool.
-Lastly, who doesn't want more turbo noises!
NOTE: Please choose the option for PCV. If you are running an aftermarket catch can you are most likely not going to need a bung welded as you will need to plug or cap it.
