Description

Our Z31 outer tie rods will correct and reduce bumpsteer on lowered cars due to lower arm geometry.

The outer tie rod design with the taller shank relocates the pivot point, which also reduces binding and leading to premature failure.

The version 2 utilizes industry's highest quality, Aurora Bearing Precision 3 piece PTFE rod ends.
The overall shank length has been extended by 4.5mm from previous version to allow for better arm geometry.
Castle nuts with cotter pins are also included to prevent backing out of the nuts.

You also get a wider range of adjustment compared to the OEM tie rods, as shown in the pictures.

**Please do not use an impact gun to tighten the nut on the shank.  Please torque to 55-60ft/lbs**

    Z31 tie rods

These tie rods worked out perfectly with my extended arms and shortened knuckles. Aligned out perfectly and have plenty of adjustment still if I extend my lowers out farther. No bind from lock to lock and would highly recommend. 10 outta 10 would smash again.

I had received these tie rods in a very quick manner which I greatly appreciated, but found out quickly that these are a lot longer than stock (the spherical bearing assembly compared to stock) it was easy for myself to put these on and install and are very simple for the install. Once installed I found that the outer sleeve was threaded all the way into the inner rod, and could benefit by going on further. I personally would make the outter sleeve longer than the inner (like stock) so it can be adjusted accordingly. Please take the time to look over the bearing, I made mine work, but I feel it's just overly long. Other than that, quality is on point and install was easy and Firestone had no problem aligning it. I did not use rack spacers as I don't need them. I'm at 100 miles of ultra conservative driving but plan on taking a 2k mile road trip so that will be the true test. 8/10. I'd recommend.
